Data controller

This site

This site is informational. It has no forms, accounts, cookies, advertising or analytics scripts. Fonts are served from the site itself, not from a third party.

The hosting provider may record technical request data (such as IP address and time) in ordinary security and operations logs.

The app

Sign-in to the app is with a Google account. On sign-in we receive an account identifier and an email address.

The records you enter in the modules are kept in a database under your account. Only the account owner can access them; we do not use them for advertising and we do not sell them.

Without signing in, the app keeps data in your browser only.

Documents and files

Files, scanned documents and photos are not uploaded to the app. They stay in a folder on your own drive, and the app keeps only a path to them.

Services you call on purpose

A few actions send a minimal amount of data to an outside service, and only after your click:

• exchange rates (currency codes and dates);
• reading a shop receipt with a cloud model (a downscaled photo without metadata, or PDF text);
• category suggestion (payee names with personal details removed);
• barcode lookup (the digits only);
• crypto prices (symbols and currency).

Retention and your rights

Records are kept for as long as you keep them in your account. You can export them, and to have personal data deleted or to ask for access write to the contact address.

You have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection under Regulation (EU) 2016/679. You may lodge a complaint with the Commission for Personal Data Protection (CPDP) in Bulgaria.
